We want you to love every piece from Emorelle. If something isn’t right, we make it simple and completely free to return.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• With all original tags still attached
• In their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
• Final sale or promotional items marked as non-returnable
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items missing original tags or packaging
Free Return Shipping
We cover return shipping on all eligible items. You will never pay to send something back to us.
How to Return
1. Email us at emorellestore@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label
4. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any shipping location
5. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once processed. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the amount.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item and returning the original for a full refund. This ensures you receive your new piece as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@emorelle.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
