Track My Order

Every Emorelle order includes full tracking. Here's how to find your package:

Step 1: Check your email

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours. Search your inbox for "Emorelle" or check your spam folder.

Step 2: Track your shipment

Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your tracking number directly on your carrier's website.

Step 3: Need help?

If you haven't received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, or if you have any questions about your delivery, contact us at emorellestore@gmail.com with your order number and we'll assist you right away.

Typical delivery timeline:

• Orders dispatch within 7–9 business days

• US delivery: 7–12 business days after dispatch
